If time permits, I would like to do a coming soon marketing premier. Approximately one week before we place
the property on the Internet and in the MLS, I would place it in MLS as a coming soon listing but I would not
begin showing it prior to the actual listing day. I will have all of the marketing material completed and
I will have all the photography and video work completed, I will purchase a custom domain name
and build a beautiful featured listing website.
I would order professionally printed coming soon postcards announcing the first open house date and time.
I would direct mail approximate 300 of these postcards to your neighborhood and some surrounding
neighborhoods. We would also place a sign on the property and a coming soon flyer and have property flyers
available in a flyer box. I would get all of the information and marketing material printed and competed. 
MLS PIN
We are online with the PINERGY MLS network, one of the largest MLS membership services in
The New England Area. I would place your property listing in with professioal aeral and home photography
and a Matterport Interior 3-D Propery Walkthrough tours and iGUIDE Interactive Floorplan Tour Lins as well as
links to the featured property website and printed floor plans. 
Custom Listing Website
I will create a custom website specifically for your home, (CLICK FOR SAMPLE) this will include online tours of
your home, professionally photographed interior and exterior photos, and other area information for potential
buyers to be able to review. A sign rider with information directing potential buyers to the property website
address will also be displayed on top of the For Sale Sign.
